SEPTEMBER 2018 NEWSLETTER
A MESSAGE FROM THE NEWSLETTER EDITOR
Hello everyone, my name
is John Neimer and I have been appointed to succeed
the late, lamented Michel Hooper Immins as the editor of the Society s
newsletter.
I am not a born Dorset man but, having lived in the county for over fifty years
and having made some contribution to its affairs, I feel that I am able to take the
seat of newsletter editor without a blush.
Apart from my residential qualification I have always felt privileged to live in
such a beautiful place with its huge variations in scenery and fascinating history
and I have taken every opportunity to explore it and to get to know its citizens.
So that although I baint be one o we I feel that I have
earnt my residential
wings!
Any contributions will be welcome; send to john@jandpneimer.plus.com
